Restricted uses
MAIA is for geospatial research. MAIA declines any request to use it for a decision about a person's credit, insurance, employment, tenant screening, or housing eligibility.
What MAIA declines#
MAIA declines any request, however it is worded, to use MAIA, its data, or its capabilities for a decision about a person in any of these areas:
- Credit
- Insurance
- Employment
- Tenant screening
- Housing eligibility
MAIA declines before it runs any tool, and it offers no workaround. The rule holds in chat, inside a saved skill, and over MCP, and it applies to anything you export from MAIA.
What MAIA is for#
MAIA is for research on property, markets, and the organizations that own them. For example:
